The man was accused of bestiality after his girlfriend discovered the sickening video of him and his dog.
Joshua Swift, 32, is a dog owner who was charged with bestiality for a horrible video of him and his dog. A woman he has been dating online with is the one who gave the information to the police. The police issued a warrant to arrest the man but he didn’t show at the court.
The woman told the police that Swift sent her a video of a sexual session showing his dog performing a sexual act on him. The accused man has admitted recording the video, however, he added that the woman was the one encouraging him to do it.
The self-employed roofer broke up with the woman and that was when she contacted the police. They met on an ice hockey fan site. The woman explained that Swift was wasted and in a very bad mood when he filmed the video. She added saying that wasn’t something he would likely do.
Swift explained his anger for the spread of the video on the internet. The investigators have managed to know that the film was recorded at the Bel Air Inn motel in West Springfield, Massachusetts, in July.
The state’s Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals checked on the Swift’s dog in his flat in nearby Easthampton. The mutt was found to be safe and happy. The dog’s breed is not yet revealed.
Mr. Swift could be facing 20 years if convicted. This charge is not Swift’s first charge. Fifteen criminal charges, including assault, malicious damage, and driving while banned have been filed against the dog owner from 2001 to 2010.
